Absolutely Excellent – from initial point of contact at the front office through to the behind the scenes. THE OZONE experience was engaging, personalised, and interactive for my son and his nanna. We enjoyed a delicious brunch prior to our tour at the City View Cafe overlooking the river, and the tranquil enjoyment permeated throughout the day. Tour Leader Bruce was an absolute champion and an outstanding guide. Him and Admin Tammy were genuinely invested in each person’s interests, questions, and maximising our enjoyment on the tour.
