COVID Safety

ServiceWA

As part of the Western Australian State Government’s mandatory contact registers being introduced at venues, THE OZONE will require all tour guests to check-in via the ServiceWA App at the start of the Tour.

ServiceWA is a free, safe and secure app, released by the State Government. Data will be stored securely by the State Government and will only be available by authorised Department of Health contact tracing personnel should COVID-19 tracing be required.

To help, we ask that you take the following steps in advance of your Tour:

1. Download the ServiceWA App from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create your account.
3. Check in by opening your ServiceWA App and scanning the QR code when you arrive at THE OZONE prior to your tour time.

To minimise delays to tours commencing, please have the ServiceWA App downloaded and ready to scan. If you do not have a smartphone or are unwilling to use the ServiceWA App, a paper-based contact register is available.

Vaccination Requirements

Based on the latest health advice from the Western Australian State Government, proof of vaccination requirements will be expanded from Monday, 31 January 2022 to apply to venues and events state-wide and also include new higher-risk venues.

Proof of vaccination will be required for people aged 16 and over upon entry to THE OZONE.

There are a few ways you can show your proof of vaccination, in both digital and hardcopy format. The WA Government’s new ServiceWA app is a free, convenient and secure way you can show proof of your vaccination.

Details of how to get proof of vaccinations are available here

Masks

THE OZONE adheres to all COVID-19 directions that are based on the latest advice of the Chief Health Officer.

At this stage (effective 6pm January 16) there is a requirement to wear a mask in all indoor settings unless you are exempt, including if you have a medical exemption (where you must provide a medical certificate), you are eating or drinking, you are undertaking vigorous physical exercise or you are a child 12 years of age and under.

Please note that Government advice is regularly evolving, and we will adapt as it does.
